2024 WHP Notices PayPal has been added as a payment option for members. There is
a service fee added to the homeowners dues to use this option. There is no service fee for checks/money orders mailed to PO
Box 36. We are looking for lifeguards this summer, Please contact Kristy @ 303-519-2507 You can now send an e-mail to our Treasurer with questions
regarding dues, resale certificates, etc. to treasurer@whp-hoa.com

Welcome to the website of the White Haven Poconos Owners
Association. WHP is located in White Haven, Pennsylvania nestled along the Lehigh River west of Jack Frost and Big Boulder.
It's a quiet community that welcomes you to enjoy the amenities. Among them are Sunrise Lake along with it's sandy beach,
bath-house and pavilion. The annual picnic is a great time to get out and meet all the neighbors.

- The Board of Directors meets the second Saturday of each month (except during the winter months).
- The
Annual Picnic is held the third weekend in July.
- Homeowners / lot owners can reserve the pavilion for parties and
gatherings , check the Events page for details.
- WHP is always looking for volunteers for help in any way, especially
with Crime Watch.
